All of our crabmeat from blue crabs and comes in a 1 lb container and is fresh (not available from December to March) OR pasteurized local crab meat (year round). Several different parts of the crab are available of order. Choose either fresh or pasteurized from the choices.

Our pasteurized crab meat is local caught and picked crab meat. Cooked twice and packaged in can form. It is an excellent choice when fresh isn't available and hard to tell the difference. It'll last 6 months in the refrigerator.
