Terms

We guarantee all of our seafood to be delivered in a fresh/frozen state and that you are satisfied with our products.

We ship UPS ground or UPS Air. Our seafood is packaged in a resusable cooler suitable for shipping and maintaining an ideal temperature. To facilitate this process, we also include a gel pack or two to maintain that the seafood remains in a frozen conidtion.

It is imperative that the correct shipping option be chosen based on the shipping map on the home page and shipping page. We WILL NOT ship it out if the shipping chosen was not correct. You will receive a phone call from us if that is the case stating the terms of shipping.

Shipping

We ship UPS ground. UPS Air shipments are $60. We currently have flat rate $25 for UPS ground shipping.

We have tried out best to get you the highest quality seafood at a reasonable shipping cost. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you choose the correct shipping option from the map below.

If you live in the ground area, then choose ground shipping. EVERYWHERE ELSE WILL REQUIRE UPS AIR to get you your seafood!
